Office Volunteer Application

Office Volunteers help Bread & Roses staff in varying capacities in its Corte Madera office.

Requirements

• Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and office volunteers should be available during those hours.

• A time commitment of 2-4 hours a week is desirable, although we do have projects needing attention on a monthly basis (i.e. bulk mailings).

• Some familiarity with PC or Mac platforms is desirable.

• Must be willing to take direction and interact with staff in a friendly manner.

Projects Include:

• Answering phones, faxing, filing and other general clerical

• Archiving

• Research

• Preparing information packages

• Helping with mailings

• Data entry
