The isolated audiences we serve, our volunteers and supporters -
We are expanding our program to best serve our institutional audiences and to further the well-being of our entire community during the pandemic. New initiatives include a special collaboration bringing live music to various Bay Area Food Bank locations. We are also facilitating live Zoom shows, other outdoor programs and indoor concerts when possible. We are maintaining the vibrancy of our mission and excited to go forward with our new hybrid program model. Who we are
Bread & Roses Presents is a nonprofit arts organization with a human services mission that brings hope, healing and joy through live music and the performing arts to children, adults and seniors who are disadvantaged, marginalized, or otherwise isolated in diverse institutional settings in the San Francisco Bay Area. We produce over 600 shows a year in 125 facilities, presenting the talent of over 1,000 volunteers to over 32,000 audience members.
