Michael Pritchard is a nationally acclaimed motivational speaker, comedian, youth counselor and advocate of social emotional learning. He uses humor to inspire and educate his audiences. He regularly speaks to schools, parent groups, and corporations on the topics of communication skills, diversity, anti-bullying and conflict resolution.
He has shown his outstanding commitment and support to Bread & Roses for over 40 years! Michael was a dear friend of our founder, the late Mimi Fariña, and has been a part of the Bread & Roses family since the very beginning. For over four decades he has brought his powerful and motivational speaking programs to our youth audiences, assisted us with our fundraising efforts and acted as an emcee for several of our events. Michael is a big guy with a warm heart who truly walks his talk.
With his sensational standup comedy, he has shared the same bill with Robin Williams, Jerry Seinfeld, Dana Carvey and Whoopi Goldberg as well as opened many shows for some of the biggest comedy and music names in the business.
You may have seen him on numerous PBS specials or the movie “Happy. ” He is credited for many of the Star Wars voices.
