The original four bandmates have been tight since adolescence in Kentucky. Now based in Nashville, the internationally touring rock band Cage The Elephant is comprised of vocalist Matt Shultz, rhythm guitarist Brad Shultz, drummer Jared Champion, bassist Daniel Tichenor, lead guitarist Nick Bockrath and keyboardist Matthan Minster.
A 2017 Grammy award winner for Best Rock Album “Tell Me I’m Pretty,” Cage The Elephant recently won a 2020 Grammy for Best Rock Album for their latest release “Social Cues.” One of the most noteworthy songs on the album “Night Running” is a collaboration with Beck who co-headlined their 2019 tour. “The album’s introspection paired with its urgent energy make Cage The Elephant sound more passionate than ever.” – Entertainment Weekly.
